Greetings all! 

I hope everyone is ready and waiting for an amazing Small Business Expo! At last count we had 29 businesses registered to showcase their businesses. If you are like me, there are some new businesses that I am anxious to get to meet. 

The fun begins at 11:00 A.M. EST and will continue until 6:00 P.M. EST! There will be various speakers in the afternoon session, so please monitor our socials and find the times of the speakers that pertain to you the most. Or, stay all day and catch them all! Our big community event with various food trucks and paper shredding will be held in the last two hours of the event-day. So, be sure to bring your appetites and boxes of no-longer-needed confidential documents. Satiate your hunger as you satisfyingly watch documents get shredded into beautiful confetti!

If you missed last month’s meeting, be sure to catch up with one of the members who did! Davidson County Manager, Casey Smith was a wealth of information about what’s new and upcoming in our home county! Plus, invite a friend to our next monthly meeting in June where we will hear from Lee Crook about Zoning in Davidson County. Note that our June meeting will be in Midway Town Park for a cookout.

We can’t wait to see all of your beautiful faces and businesses as we take on the May Small Business Expo!. We know it will drive up a lot of great community conversation about your businesses.

T-Shirts are guaranteed to participants registering by 4/17/25. Packet pickup and late registration will be available on Friday, May 2nd from 5-6 p.m. at Pilgrim Reformed Church and on race morning beginning at 7:00 a.m.

Spring is here, and so is the POLLEN, but beautiful weather means we need to have a Spring Vendor Market! On May 17th from 8AM-4PM, we invite you and your family to come out and join us! We will have OVER 15 LOCAL vendors and some of YOUR FAVORITE food trucks like Sweet Em's Bakery and Cousins Maine Lobster - Charlotte, NC!
